Sayyiduna `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-`As
(May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said,
"Observing Saum (fasting) on three days of every month
is equivalent to a full month's fasting.''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
